About me
I’m Jona from Berlin/Germany. Even so I’m like all the social media stuff, I’m a big fan of old style nonprofit organisations. With real members, general assemblies and all this. Because I like NPOs, I like to change and shape them. The bis question is: How is it possible to connect real life organisations with social media. How to bring organisations online and how to use the ideas of social media in offline projects.
For youth press organisations we try to realise this with Youthmedia* a network for young media makers. In a 100% voluntarily project we combine a media exchange platform with a community for youth organisations.
As my main occupation I’m working in the marketing department of the NABU*, one of the biggest environmental NPOs in Germany. Here I have a focus on social media and old style online-marketing.
